2. Creating an account

Use an email address you control and verify it, or authenticate with an available identity provider. Explicitly accept the terms and acknowledge the privacy notice when completing signup. Each sign-in method is a separate account, even if emails match. Terms acceptance and optional marketing choices are recorded separately for each account. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to do so. Protect your credentials and verification codes, keep account information accurate and report suspected unauthorized access.

Reading the privacy notice is separate from optional marketing consent. Creating an account does not require optional cookies or a marketing subscription.

3. Organizations and access

Owners and authorized administrators control organization membership and permissions. Only enter or share information you are entitled to use. Access may end when an owner or authorized administrator removes you.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and respect other people's rights. Do not distribute malware, send unsolicited messages, attempt unauthorized access, bypass controls or disrupt the service. Do not use another person's account without permission.

5. Plans, payments and cancellation

Any prices, taxes, billing intervals, features, limits and trial conditions must be disclosed before a purchase. Accepting these terms alone does not create a paid subscription. Recurring payments require a separately disclosed authorization.

Ask contact@domavex.com about billing, cancellation or refunds. Applicable purchase terms and mandatory consumer rights govern cancellation, withdrawal and refunds.

6. Your content and personal data

You retain your rights to the content you provide. The operator may process it as necessary to provide and secure the service, follow your instructions and meet legal obligations. Where the operator processes an organization's personal data, request the applicable data processing agreement before supplying data that requires it.

7. Availability and changes

Maintenance, failures and provider interruptions can affect availability. No particular uptime, support response time or future feature is included unless agreed separately. Material changes remain subject to the applicable agreement and mandatory law.

8. Account closure and data

Access may be restricted proportionately to address a security incident, unlawful use, material breach or legal obligation. Request account closure in account settings or contact the operator. Leaving an organization is not the same as deleting all records it controls. Retention is described in the privacy notice.

9. Intellectual property and responsibility

The operator and its licensors retain rights in the service, branding and software. Permission to use the service does not transfer ownership. Each party remains responsible under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove mandatory consumer rights.

10. Applicable law and disputes

Romanian and applicable European Union law.

Contact the operator first to seek a resolution. Any choice of law or court remains subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules.

11. Updates and related policies

Revised terms and their effective date will be communicated in accordance with the applicable agreement and law. Retaining an existing account does not itself record a new signup acceptance. See also privacy and GDPR, cookies and support.
