Your cookie preferences
1. How browser storage is used
Cookies are small values your browser sends to this site. This website uses host-only cookies for preferences, sign-in and security. It does not require JavaScript or local storage.
2. Essential cookies
| Cookie | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
__Host-app_session | Your signed-in session. Inaccessible to scripts. | Up to 7 days, unless cleared or renewed. Signing out clears it. |
__Host-app_csrf | Protects submitted forms and account mutations against forged requests. | Up to 7 days, unless cleared or renewed. |
| Provider correlation and pending-consent cookies | Used only when you choose provider sign-in. Bind the response to this browser and hold a reference to a pending consent attempt, not an application session. Apple's correlation cookie is Secure and SameSite=None for its cross-site form response. | Up to ten minutes |
| Workspace, appearance and cookie-choice cookies | Remember choices you explicitly make on this browser. Workspace membership is still verified by the API. | Up to 7 days, unless cleared or renewed. |
__Host-app_public_theme | Remembers the light or dark theme you explicitly choose for public pages on this browser. It is separate from your account appearance preference. | Up to 7 days, unless cleared or renewed. |
__Host-app_cookie_consent_version | Necessary, nonunique advertising-notice version. Saved only with an explicit allowance of the current optional-cookie notice; cleared on withdrawal. Reading an old choice never upgrades it. | Up to 7 days, unless cleared or renewed. |
__Host-app_language | Necessary language preference. Set only when you choose a language. Customer and administrator cookies and saved account choices are separate. Disabling localization ignores saved choices without deleting them. | Up to 7 days, unless cleared or renewed. |
3. Optional Google Ads measurement
Google Ads campaign measurement is disabled by default and is not display advertising. If the operator enables it and you explicitly allow optional cookies, a Google tag may load on the homepage and a clean dashboard URL. It measures campaign visits and, if configured, completed new account signups. Authentication, password recovery, provider callbacks, administrator pages and other account screens do not load it. Refusal does not affect the service.
The Google tag receives technical network and browser information, including your IP address and browser information, and can use consented ad-click identifiers such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid. The application supplies only a generic page address, a fixed title and a random single-use signup transaction ID. It does not send account IDs, email, usernames, organization details or form values. Analytics storage, advertising personalization and enhanced conversions are disabled. No Google tag, advertising cookies or cookieless measurement requests are initiated before permission.
Google may store first-party advertising cookies named _gcl_* (normally up to 90 days, subject to Google and browser behavior). A consented new signup can create a server-side receipt bound to its ordinary session. It expires after five minutes, is consumed once, and is deleted after use, withdrawal or session deletion; the worker periodically removes expired receipts. There is no separate long-lived application advertising identifier. No receipt is created before optional-cookie permission and later permission does not report an earlier signup.
Choose essential only to withdraw. New documents then contain no Google tag. An already loaded page stops application tracking when it observes withdrawal, updates Google's consent state to denied and attempts to clear advertising cookies. Browser cookie-change events, periodic checks and checks on returning to a tab limit stale consent; suspended browsers can delay observation. Requests already sent, third-party cookies and Google's retained data cannot be recalled by removing a script. Browser privacy controls can remove remaining cookies. Google processes measurement data under its own terms and privacy policy.
Marketing email is independent and managed in account settings. Enabling optional cookies does not subscribe you to email or authorize personalized remarketing.
4. Remembering your choice
The form stores a necessary, script-readable all or essential choice on this browser. An allowance also records the current notice version, 2026-09-06-google-ads. When you explicitly submit a choice while signed in, the choice and its version are saved atomically to your account. Both unversioned all and older optional choices were collected without the current advertising disclosure and require a fresh explicit choice. Merely reading a choice or signing in never upgrades it. An essential-only refusal remains effective regardless of version and overrides a saved allowance. Clearing site data removes browser choices. Returning to this page lets you withdraw optional consent. Withdrawal clears the version and pending conversions. If saving the account choice fails, an error is shown, but browser withdrawal still takes effect. Native navigation occurs only after persistence or error handling, and a later opt-in discards pending earlier signup events.
5. Browser controls
You can inspect or clear these cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in and secure forms from working. Choosing essential only does not disable security cookies. See the privacy notice for personal-data information.
